- E5 Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Florida-licensed therapist to join our
growing team. This part-time position begins remotely, providing telehealth services to clients
throughout Florida, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role that includes in-person
sessions at our Tampa-area location.

Position Details
- Position: Part-time licensed therapist
- Location: Tampa Bay Area, Florida (Remote to Start)
- Compensation: $30.00-$41.00 per hour, based experience
- Schedule: Part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full time position
Service Delivery: Telehealth initially, with the potential to transition into in-person sessions at our Tampa Office.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Active Florida License(LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Residence within the Tampa Bay area
- Ability to provide telehealth services to clients throughout Florida
- Experience and comfort working with children, adults, couples, and families.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
Preferred
Experience working with Military Service Members, Veterans, First Responders, and
their families.
Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and relationship
issues.
- Familiarity with culturally competent approaches to care for high-stress professions.
- Experience utilizing evidence-based interventions across the lifespan.
- Experience or interest in canine-assisted therapy is welcomed but not required.
- Interest in growing with an expanding practice and transitioning into a future in-person
role.
