This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, remote work flexibility. Work with Hazel Health in Washington.
Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students while maintaining timely clinical documentation and treatment plans. Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to ensure student success and assess clinical risk.
Requires an active, unrestricted Washington license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Candidates must have experience providing therapy to children and adolescents and be comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
