Key Responsibilities
The Mental Health Technician provides immediate crisis support, monitors client safety, and facilitates therapeutic activities within a 24/7 residential and outreach environment. They also coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, manage documentation, and assist with intake and discharge processes.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates must maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and CPI, and possess a valid driver's license.
