Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Tech provides crisis intervention and outreach services while monitoring the mental status of clients in a 24-hour stabilization unit. They also coordinate care with medical providers, manage intake processes, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or have at least three years of mental health work experience. A valid Ohio driver's license and eligibility for Ohio Medicaid mental health specialist certification are also required.
