Key Responsibilities
The Lead Compounding Pharmacist oversees daily sterile hazardous compounding operations, ensuring compliance with USP standards and regulatory requirements. They provide leadership, training, and coaching to pharmacy staff while optimizing production workflows and maintaining quality assurance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and an active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License. A minimum of 3 years of sterile pharmacy practice experience and current sterile compounding certification are required.
