Our New Employee Orientation process is very rigorous for the first few weeks to a month (and would likely require some time off from an alternate position), and certain aspects are mandatory with regard to schedule. Following the first 3-4 days, we are then able to schedule dates for departmental orientation and get staff up and running. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.
