Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and adaptive equipment while documenting progress within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Requires a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a valid state license. Candidates must have at least one year of experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
