Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional mobility and daily living skills in a home health setting. They are also responsible for educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A CPR certification is required, and while home health experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
