The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform home safety assessments to improve functional independence. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. CPR certification is required, and while home health experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
