Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a long-term care setting. Monitor patient progress, document outcomes in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans.
Requirements
Requires a Vermont Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification. Candidates must have prior travel experience and the ability to work 40 hours per week in a nursing home environment.
