Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults, including conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve resident independence and safety.
Requirements
Must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as OT, COTA, PT, PTA, or SLP. Requires a passion for senior care and strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
