Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will provide direct therapy services while leading and mentoring a clinical team to ensure high-quality care. They will also partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model and coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as OT, PT, or SLP. Previous experience in leadership or mentorship is preferred, along with a strong commitment to senior wellness.
