Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress, educate caregivers on safety and adaptive equipment, and document visits within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a valid state license. Candidates must have at least one year of experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
