Requirements

Candidates must be a Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited nursing program with Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP, ANP, or ACNP) eligible in Minnesota, or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification eligible in Minnesota. Prior LVAD experience is highly recommended, and eligibility for DEA registration and billing privileges is required.
