Role Overview

Summary of Job: NorthStar is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our dynamic team at Nashville General Hospital! Call Taking Position! Great quality of life in Nashville – one of the most popular cities in the Eastern US and an exploding economy!

Cases: General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, OB. No Hearts or heads. Occasional healthy peds.

  • Base salary $200,000 to $217,125 (based on experience)
  • Call stipend to be paid to call taking CRNAs, based on pro rata share of call taken during the month.
  • PTO: 7 weeks + Paid Company Holidays
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
  • Full Benefits Offered
  • 4% annual retention bonus paid out annually after each year of service completed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, and obstetric procedures. Participate in a call rotation to support the facility's surgical and clinical needs.

Requirements

Must be a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) capable of managing diverse patient populations. Experience in a hospital setting is required to handle the specified surgical caseload.
