Optum NY/NJ, is seeking a Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team in Plainview, NY. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Optum NY/NJ was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. The regional alignment combines resources and services across the care continuum – from preventative medicine to diagnostics to treatment and beyond across New York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut. Required Qualifications

  • Board certification required in both Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine
  • Completion of a Sleep Medicine Fellowship
  • Unrestricted NY State Medical License
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR
  • Multi-lingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $279,000 - $557,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
