Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient setting. They also manage patient assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge planning in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and possess an active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW or LPC) in New Jersey. Proficiency in evidence-based modalities and experience with diverse patient populations are required, with EMDR certification preferred.
