Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing comprehensive, high-quality medical nutrition therapy to diverse patient populations, including completing physician-ordered consults and accurately documenting all patient care in the medical record according to standards of care. Responsibilities also include performing detailed nutrition assessments on high-risk patients, calculating specialized nutritional data, and utilizing order-writing privileges when appropriate.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications require being a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) with current state licensure in WV, MD, or OH, depending on the work location, along with passing a state criminal background check. Preferred qualifications include one year of clinical experience, and the role demands strong organizational skills, basic math and computer proficiency, and the ability to work Saturdays and occasional holidays.
