Occupational Therapist, OT - Home Health Visits

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will perform functional evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans for adult and geriatric clients in their homes. They are responsible for assessing home environments, educating patients and families, and documenting care management using electronic systems.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. A degree from an accredited occupational therapy program is required, along with strong organizational and computer skills.
