Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Long-Term Care
LP Therapy
LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a Long-Term Care setting.
Responsibilities: review medical charts; evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; modify programs based on patient progress; provide therapy for communication, cognitive, and swallowing deficits; complete timely and accurate Medicare and facility documentation; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes; comply with productivity and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Current state SLP license (Master's degree with CCC required); LTC experience preferred; strong knowledge of Medicare documentation; excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree with CCC and a current state SLP license. Experience in long-term care and strong knowledge of Medicare documentation are preferred.
