Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm.

Location: Primarily based in our Dearnborn center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.
Your Role:
Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience.
Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Requirements
Candidates must possess at least an associate degree or equivalent clinical certification along with relevant healthcare experience. Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office, along with a Basic Life Support certification, is required.
