Provide outpatient therapy services to adults, children, and families while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Actively support person-centered planning and integrated care throughout the recovery process.
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling and appropriate Michigan licensure. Must have at least one year of related work experience and be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
