The Speech Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in adult patients within a home health setting. They also provide aural rehabilitation and implement augmentative and alternative communication systems for patients with severe communication impairments.
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). A current CPR certification is also required, with at least one year of experience preferred.
