Position: Behavioral Health - House Supervisor (Day Shift)
Location: Center for Behavioral Medicine - Knoxville
Lead With Compassion
Knoxville Center of Behavioral Medicine is seeking a caring and capable House
Supervisor to support our nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality care for our patients. If you’re a natural leader with a heart for behavioral health, we’d love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift
- Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources
- Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training
- Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance
- Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs
What You’ll Bring
- RN license (TN) & BLS certification required
- Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred
- Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- BSN preferred, not required

Requires a valid Tennessee RN license and BLS certification. Experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing and leadership roles is preferred, with a BSN desired.
