Key Responsibilities

• WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: Provide individualized or small‑group training based on each guest’s abilities, needs, and goals.

• Lead safe, engaging classes with proper alignment cues, modifications, and supportive supervision.

• Select movements and design routines that match participant experience levels and physical limitations.

• Maintain a calm, attentive presence and uphold Canyon Ranch service standards in every interaction.

Requirements

• WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 3-5 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry.

• Acquire a group fitness certification within 90 days of start.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree in a movement‑related field is a plus.
