We're hiring for an experienced client and family focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-center ABA services.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
• Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Qualifications

• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).

Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.

Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience.

Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
