Perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and revise treatment plans while educating patients and families to promote health and independent living.
Must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia and possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence or equivalent educational requirements. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred, and the role requires the ability to travel to client homes.
