Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist Assistant will treat patients as directed by the occupational therapist and maintain accurate medical records of treatments. They will also participate in patient care conferences and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a current license in the practicing state. Strong communication skills and the ability to relate professionally to patients and staff are required.
