Join Community Youth Services as a Multisystemic Therapist – Flexible Schedule, Low Caseload in Olympia, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of four to six families, ensuring consistent engagement and a strengths‑based approach.

• Maintain fidelity to the MST model, including adherence to MST principles, the MST analytical process, and required data collection.

• Participate in weekly group supervision with the CYS MST team and consultation with the MST expert consultant; actively implement feedback.

Requirements

• Education & Experience (Two Pathways) Clinician I (Bachelor’s Level): Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Two years of experience providing home-, community-, or school-based services.

• Therapist (Master’s Level): Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Two years of experience in home-, community-, or school-based services preferred but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $80,316 - $113,256

• 36 days PTO.
