The FFT Therapist provides evidence-based, community-based clinical treatment to families using the Functional Family Therapy model. They are responsible for conducting assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with relevant systems and stakeholders to support youth and families.
The ideal candidate should have a master's degree in social work or a related field and a passion for dismantling systemic oppression. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in-person in New York City for at least three days per week are required.
