Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bradford, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

• Outpatient Family Medicine role serving patients of all ages
• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving rural Pennsylvania and western New York communities
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options available
• Opportunity to practice community-focused medicine with strong provider support

Compensation

• $280,000 for five-day clinic schedule
• $250,000 for four-day clinic schedule
• Compensation based on experience
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available

Schedule

• Four-day or five-day clinic schedule options
• No weekend requirement
• Optional weekend shifts available
• Approximately five phone-call days monthly
• Physicians serve as third-string after-hours call coverage

Role

• Provide outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Manage preventive care, chronic disease treatment, and acute care visits
• Average patient volume of 16–20 patients daily
• Opportunity to perform office procedures based on experience and preference
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR platform

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited medical school REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Pennsylvania and/or New York medical license REQUIRED or eligible to obtain
• Commitment to patient-centered outpatient care REQUIRED
