Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs. They are responsible for monitoring client progress, training families on treatment strategies, and ensuring all clinical practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. At least two years of pediatric experience and one year of telehealth supervision experience are required.
