The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs. They are responsible for collaborating with families to set treatment goals and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care delivery via telehealth.
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. At least two years of pediatric experience and one year of telehealth supervision experience are required.
