Provide 1:1 speech therapy services to children birth to 5 years old using an embedded coaching model in home and community settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IFSP/IEP goals and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires an M.A. or M.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a New York State license in Speech Pathology.
