Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments in home, school, and community settings to develop individualized treatment plans. They will also supervise RBTs, provide caregiver coaching, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Additionally, applicants must be licensed in Maryland and have experience supervising RBTs.
