Key Responsibilities
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical oversight and supervision to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant Applied Behavior Analysis services. They are responsible for promoting clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and documentation standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Additionally, the role requires four years of experience in ABA and two years of supervisory experience, along with an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
