Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Kayenta, Arizona.
Position Overview
- Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients across the lifespan within the Navajo Nation community
- Opportunity to provide evidence-based primary care in a mission-driven underserved healthcare environment
- Collaborative multidisciplinary care model focused on long-term patient relationships and preventative care
- Strong provider support structure with built-in administrative time and manageable patient volume
- Unique Southwest location surrounded by Monument Valley and culturally rich Navajo communities
Compensation
- Base Salary: $109,000 – $152,000
- $7,500 retention bonus beginning second year
Schedule
- Four-day work week
- Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedule options
- No call responsibilities
- Built-in administrative time
ROLE
- Deliver outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
- Manage chronic and acute medical conditions within community health setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain evidence-based clinical practice standards and preventative care initiatives
- Support underserved and culturally diverse patient populations
- Maintain patient documentation and care coordination workflows

- Ambulatory care experience preferred
- Navajo or Spanish language skills preferred
