- Salary: $85K - $95K
- 15 days PTO.
- CME allowance: $1,000.
- Monthly performance bonuses up to $2,600/month ($31,200 annually)

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans while conducting assessments to track client progress. Lead and mentor behavior technicians while partnering with families to achieve meaningful clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and an Arizona LBA license. Strong communication, coaching skills, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care are required.
