- Position: Physician Assistant - Weekend Warrior
- Pay: $68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range)
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $30/hr. from 8pm-12am
We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full-Time Weekend Warrior Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Staten Island Region
Serve our Bulls Head and Dongan Hills centers as a key part of our care team.
Commit to just 24 hours per week and receive full-time pay (32 hours)—plus eligibility for comprehensive benefits (medical/vision/dental).
Weekend Warriors must be flexible to travel to our 16-hour centers within Staten Island. Weekend Warriors will be expected to work 16-hour shifts on any of the following days:
Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday

Minimum Required Qualifications
PA: 2 or more yrs. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.

Provide high-quality adult and pediatric care within a fast-paced urgent care environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants and radiology technicians to ensure efficient patient treatment.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. Must be proficient in minor procedures and diagnostic interpretation for patients aged six months and older.
