Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans using functional medicine principles. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster patient relationships and document care in the electronic health record.
Requirements
Requires an active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine. Candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in functional medicine and possess excellent communication skills.
