Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster optimal health outcomes and document visits in the EHR.
Requirements
Must hold an active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant and possess board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Requires a strong interest in functional and lifestyle medicine along with excellent communication skills.
