What You'll Do

As a PTA in our Tampa office, you'll work closely with our physical therapist and healthcare team to help patients progress through individualized rehabilitation programs.

Your day may include

* Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities

* Providing hands-on support, encouragement, and education throughout recovery

* Administering therapeutic modalities as directed by the physical therapist

* Monitoring patient response and communicating progress or concerns to the PT

* Helping patients understand home exercises and recovery strategies

* Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

* Maintaining treatment areas and equipment

* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

* Creating a safe, encouraging, and positive experience for every patient

Required Qualifications

* Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program

* Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license

* Knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and procedures
