Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will provide direct therapy services while leading and mentoring a clinical team to deliver high-quality care. They are responsible for coordinating care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous experience in leadership, mentorship, or managing clinical initiatives is preferred.
