Key Responsibilities
Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services to older adults within a senior living community. Conduct clinical assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve resident independence.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in their respective therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP). A passion for geriatric care and strong clinical and collaborative skills are required.
