Join Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient, 1:1 Care in Medford, OR, US. This role provides physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.

Key Responsibilities

Implement patient interventions and treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist to ensure patient safety and progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation while educating patients on their treatment goals and safety risks.

Requirements

Requires an associate degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited institution. Must hold a current state Physical Therapist Assistant license and current CPR certification.
