The Behavioral Health Consultant provides integrated clinical consultation and brief, evidence-based behavioral interventions for patients within a primary care setting. They are responsible for managing psychosocial aspects of chronic diseases, performing clinical assessments, and collaborating with medical staff to improve patient health outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Psychology or Social Work, along with two years of related experience. Professional licensure or eligibility as an LCSW, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, or Ph.D. is required, as well as a Level One Fingerprint clearance card.
