Behavioral Health Integration Clinician - Associate Level Associate - (Oregon) – Hybrid/Telehealth Join a clinical team that respects clinicians. Janus Healthcare’s Collaborative Care model is expanding to Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

  • provide short-term, targeted, evidence-based care.
  • Provide short-term, brief interventions using evidence-based approaches (BA, PST, MI, etc.
  • Provide education + self-management support * Track clinical response (in-person, video, or phone) and adjus.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Associate level licenses: CSWA, QMHP, LPC
  • Associate, LMFT
  • 3+ years of experience working with adult populations w/ chronic medical + behavioral needs

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
