Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: 55 Unity Point Way, Marshalltown IA 50158
• Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm
• Compensation: Starting at $70,000 and up (Commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
• Select Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Marshalltown, IA.
• Prefer CCC's and experience in outpatient pediatrics but will consider a new grad.

Responsibilities

Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.

Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services

High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs

Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.

State SLP licensure required

ASHA Certification Is Required

300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
