Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will conduct behavioral and functional assessments while creating evidence-based goals and behavior plans for clients. They are also responsible for training and supporting the RBT team and leading parent training sessions to empower families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA license and possess at least a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required.
