Key Responsibilities

The Nursing Supervisor directs and supervises nursing personnel while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards. They also assist in patient examinations, administer treatments, and manage departmental goals and staff scheduling.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate from a school of nursing as a Registered Nurse and hold a current CPR certification. Two to five years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
